Sporting an exclusive, adventurous 18-hole mini golf course that's fun for all ages, upbeat atmosphere, beautiful views & a sound system that rocks! Located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains just 1 1/2 miles south of McDonald's on Hwy 515, it's a great place to come & bring the family, friends, fur babies & whoever else you can think of & have a blast! After all...making memories is what life's all about!

We offer year-round gem mining for gem enthusiasts of all ages...beginners & seasoned alike! We have a fully COVERED 50+ foot gem mining sluice that "rocks". Relax and sift through your gem mining bags for raw precious & semiprecious gems, unique stones & who knows what else you'll uncover & start a collection of your own!

Hey all you fellow putt putters, gem miners & outdoor enthusiasts!
We (Rich & Helen) are the proud new owners of this fun place that has been around since 2012. Sporting an adventurous 18 hole mini golf course with a covered 50+ foot gem mining sluice that "rocks"!! It's a great place where families, friends, pets & all walks of life come to play & have a great time in the great outdoors! We have tons of fun around here!
A little bit about us...
We have vacationed up here in Blue Ridge since July 2010 with our family & always rented a beautiful cabin that had to have an outdoor fire pit! The fire pit is where our family gathered every night! My husband Rich started that tradition & it stuck!
Through the years we met lots of locals & small business owners in the tri-state area...it was cool making friends along the way! We shopped til we dropped, filled our bellies at great restaurants, bars & grills, went horseback riding & spent days boating on Lake Blue Ridge! Enjoyed the parks, rivers, drove the roads less traveled, rode the train to McCaysville & Copperhill...where our daughter always seemed to find some of the little secret hidden doors that had a gift inside when we frequented those GA/TN state line shops...it's a must shop zone! Got our exercise hiking to several waterfalls, the swinging bridge & parts of the Appalachian Trail! Enjoyed spiking our taste buds at the distilleries, zip lined, tubed, kayaked & took on the rapids too...with our favorite river guide! Fished in the rivers...yes we just had to wet some lines & caught brookies & brown trout...no guide needed for fishing :) Loved mining for gold in Dahlonega, gem mined & played just about every mini golf course in the tri-state area! This course was our favorite & the plan was set into motion to own it someday! So we made the move from Clearwater, Florida to Copperhill, Tennessee in October 2022!
Fast forward to December 30, 2022 when our vision became a reality & we bought this awesome place from Brian! We are a family owned & operated business where we will greet you at the "Caddy Shack" & get ya hooked up! We are proud to be a part of this beautiful and welcoming mountain community that radiates the southern charm we fell in love with years ago...this is our new & forever home!
What did we do in Clearwater, Florida?
We owned & operated "Above Average Charters"...a successful offshore 2-boat fishing charter business in Clearwater Beach, Florida from 2001-2022. "Captain" Rich aka "Rocket" fished the Gulf of Mexico since July 1990 where he started out as a mate, got his sea time in & earned his Captain's License in 1998. He's caught every fish out there except a Great White Shark in his 32 years of charter fishing! Helen booked the trips, worked the website & social media & Rich took thousands of people from all around the world trolling, bottom fishing & shark fishing! Rich was "hooking people up for over 32 years!"
We were family owned & operated then too!
